Requirements:
The steel structure workshop project is for processing the reinforcement bars for a new highway, with 50 meters large span workshop. This whole project used about 400 tons steel.
Solution:
As it is a local project, we are not only responsible for production but also installation. Our company had invested more than 60 construction personnel on site. We only spent 45 day on the completion and delivery of the whole project.

Requirements:
This a two-story steel structure factory building for Agricultural Health Food production. Unlike the general warehouse or workshop that only stores goods and machines, this factory needs the appropriate temperature to make food processing safe and smooth. We were requested to finish the project within three months. The column distance is big and with a large live load of the upper floor.
Solution:
We suggested our customers to use EPS sandwich panel for the wall and roof, to achieve the effect of thermal insulation. The specification of the floor main beams are much larger than those of ordinary factory buildings.
Thanks to our workers and engineers, the whole building construction was completed within 3 months,on budget, safely and effectively, even in terrible weather conditions, and we made it!

Requirements:
This is another 2-story steel structure building project which has an area of more than 10000 square meter. The upper floor loading request is 500kg/㎡.
Solution:
Since there was no steel column in the middle of the second floor, our engineer suggested our client to use the round pipe for the roof truss beam, which is widely used in a large span workshops, warehouses, stations, airports, etc.
We offered 2 grades of steel standard GB Q235B and GB Q355B. For the main beam and post we chose GB Q355B grade, and for sub steel structure we chose GB Q235B grade. Both of them belong to ordinary steel, but the most biggest difference between them is the strength and intensity. The performance of Q345B is better than Q235B. Therefore, the cost of Q355B is a little bit higher than Q235B. For all the projects we provided the propose material list for the customer’s reference according to their requirements case by case, and will also explained why we made this kind of suggestions. We built what they want!
